Trusted Rituals – Return & Refund Policy

Trusted Rituals, is dedicated to providing safe, premium-quality wellness products, including GLP-1 Patches, ACV Matcha Gummies, and Mullein Honey Sticks.

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to help in case of any genuine issue with your order.


1. Our Quality Assurance

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will arrange a full refund.


2. General Policy (Correctly Delivered Items)

Because our products are consumables intended for personal use, we do not offer:

  • Exchanges
  • Store credit
  • Returns for taste preference
  • Returns once packaging is opened

Only unused, unopened, and seal-intact products may be eligible for return.


3. Eligibility Criteria for Return

A return request for a correctly delivered product may be considered if:

  • Raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unopened, unused, and untampered
  • All original packaging, seals, and labels must be intact
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided

Open seal, tampering, or partial consumption voids return eligibility.

Return shipping cost for correctly delivered items will be borne by the customer. We suggest using a trackable shipping method.


4. Refund Policy – Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You receive the wrong product

Reporting Time: Within 48 hours of delivery
Evidence Required: Clear photo/video proof of the issue

Once verified and approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • We will cover return shipping charges and provide a pre-paid label (if return is required)


5. How to Raise a Return Request

  • Order number
  • Reason for return (e.g., damaged, incorrect item received)
  • Images/videos of the issue (if applicable)

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.


6. Marketplace Purchases

If your product was purchased via a marketplace such as Amazon, their return and refund policy will apply.

Website returns are not applicable for purchases made through Amazon or other third-party platforms.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with tampered packaging or broken seals
  • Returns requested outside the 7-day window
  • Items without a valid invoice
  • Taste preference–based complaints
  • Gift cards
